You’ve built something you’re genuinely proud of.
The offer is ready. You know who it’s for, what it helps them achieve, and how much you’ll charge.
You’ve picked a launch date, and now you have a few weeks to get everything in place.
But there’s one thing you can’t afford to leave until the last minute:
Getting your audience ready to buy.
Because having a good offer and having people ready to pay for it are 2 different things.
Your audience may need to understand why your offer matters to them, see how it fits their current situation, work through their concerns, and have a compelling reason to choose it now.
And that takes more than announcing your offer a few times and hoping people are interested.
It takes a plan for what to communicate, when to communicate it, and how each part of your launch moves people closer to a buying decision.
And that’s where the questions start to pile up.
“When should I start talking about the offer?”
“What do I need to say before I announce it?”
“How do I build anticipation without feeling icky?”
“What questions or objections should I address before asking people to buy?”
“How do I know if my audience is actually interested, or if my content is just getting views?”
And the truth is, you shouldn’t have to figure all of this out by guessing your way through the launch.
You need a launch strategy built around why your audience would want your offer, what would make them consider buying it now, and how to communicate those reasons effectively.
“Ella took her time to work with me on the launch strategy for Mind Boss Mastery. Everything was documented. We pulled out the right story that matched my offer, defined my launch timeline, and came up with content ideas that move clients from ‘unaware’ to ‘ready to buy.’ Overall it was a wonderful experience.”
Amanda didn’t leave with “motivation.” She left with a documented strategy, a timeline, a sequenced content plan, and the right story for her offer. That’s what this intensive produces.

INTRODUCING…
The Launch Strategy Intensive
A research-informed launch strategy, built around your offer and the people you want to buy it.
A good launch strategy does more than tell you what to post.
You can have a great offer, a well-organised content calendar, and weeks of carefully prepared content, yet still struggle to generate sales.
Why? Because completing launch activities doesn’t automatically give people a reason to buy.
Your content might attract attention without making the offer feel relevant. You might explain what your offer does without addressing what your audience actually cares about. You might open enrollment without having given potential buyers enough reason to act now.
The strategy behind your content matters just as much as the content itself.
That’s why my approach to launch strategy is built around three things:
01
Understanding your potential buyers.
We use market research to develop a more informed understanding of what matters to your intended audience, the problems and desires that may influence their decisions, and the questions or concerns they may have about an offer like yours. This gives us a stronger starting point for deciding what your launch needs to communicate, rather than relying entirely on assumptions.
02
Creating reasons to buy, not just reasons to pay attention.
My Demand Creation Formula™, Anticipation → Demand → Conversion, gives your launch a clear progression. We build interest in what’s coming, communicate why the offer is relevant and worth considering, and help interested people make an informed buying decision. Each stage has a purpose beyond keeping your audience engaged.
03
Even a carefully researched strategy involves assumptions. You only learn so much before real people encounter your campaign. Their questions, responses, objections, and buying behaviour can reveal things you couldn’t know in advance. That’s why strategic support during execution matters: it gives you a way to assess what’s happening and make informed adjustments instead of blindly sticking to the original plan or changing everything out of panic.
The research informs the strategy. The strategy guides the execution. And the responses from your audience help inform what happens next.
That’s the difference between just having a launch plan and having strategic support behind your launch.
Here’s what you’ll receive.
DELIVERABLE 01
Your Customised Launch Strategy
Your strategic roadmap for the launch, covering the key decisions, priorities, messaging direction, and actions needed to move from preparation to launch and post-launch review.
This becomes your reference point as you execute. It helps you understand not only what you’re doing, but why those decisions make sense for your offer and audience.
DELIVERABLE 02
Your Launch Content Plan
A practical plan for what to communicate throughout your launch, with content themes, angles, hooks, creative direction, and calls to action tailored to your campaign.
You’ll have a clearer idea of what to say before the offer is announced, how to build demand during pre-launch, how to communicate the offer, and what to address as potential buyers consider purchasing.
DELIVERABLE 03
Your Launch Plan Schedule
A phased schedule that organises your launch activities, content, and key campaign touchpoints into a practical sequence.
You’ll know what needs to happen, when it needs to happen, and how the different moving parts fit together, making it easier to prioritise your work and prepare ahead instead of scrambling as launch day approaches.
DELIVERABLE 04
Your Audience Cue Tracker
A vital tool that helps you keep track of people who show interest in your offer before it launches, so potential buyers don’t get lost in your notifications or forgotten in the rush of launch week.
It gives you a clearer picture of who’s paying attention and who’s showing signs of wanting what you’re offering, while giving you a ready-made list of people to personally reach out to when sales open.
Here’s how we’ll work together.
Click on each step to reveal what it entails.
After booking, you’ll receive a welcome letter with your onboarding questionnaire. You’ll share the details I need to understand your offer, intended audience, goals, previous launch experience, current plans, and available resources.
Set aside around 15-20 minutes to complete it thoughtfully. Your answers help me understand your situation before I begin my research and prepare for our strategy call.
I’ll review your responses and research your market before we meet. This preparation helps us approach the strategy call with useful context and informed starting points, rather than spending the session gathering basic information about your business.
After our call, I’ll refine the strategy and prepare your launch content plan, schedule, and audience cue sheet. You’ll receive your finalised materials within 72 business hours of the strategy call.
You’ll have a clear plan to work from, with the reasoning behind the key decisions.
You and your team are responsible for creating and publishing the content and carrying out the launch activities. But my role doesn’t end when I deliver the documents.
During your launch support period, I’ll help you interpret audience responses, identify patterns, and consider informed adjustments through WhatsApp messages and voice notes. This gives us a way to respond to what’s happening during execution instead of treating the original plan as untouchable.
After your launch, we’ll have a post-launch review call to examine what happened, what appears to have worked, what didn’t go as expected, and what the available evidence can teach us.
We’ll identify what to repeat, what to improve, and what to approach differently next time, so your launch experience becomes useful information for future decisions.

YOUR LAUNCH PARTNER
I’ve spent 8+ years working in business coaching, marketing strategy, and launches, helping hundreds of entrepreneurs across different niches bring their offers to market and sell.
One thing I’ve learned is that a launch can look busy from the outside and still give people very little reason to buy.
You can post consistently, build anticipation, send emails, host a launch event, and do everything the launch experts tell you to do. But if you haven’t understood what your audience wants, why your offer matters to them, and what would make them choose it now, all that activity may not translate into sales.
That’s why I don’t believe every struggling launch needs more content, more visibility, or a completely new strategy.
Sometimes, the offer needs to be validated before you invest in launching it. Sometimes, the problem is how it’s positioned or communicated. Sometimes, the strategy makes sense on paper, but the audience’s response tells you something needs to change.
You have to understand what’s happening before you can decide what to do about it.
That’s why I approach launching the way I do.
I want you to understand the thinking behind your launch, feel confident in the decisions you’re making, and know you have someone in your corner who can help you see what you might be missing.
Because you shouldn’t have to make every launch decision alone, especially when you’ve invested so much in the offer you’re bringing to market.
WE’RE PROBABLY A GREAT FIT IF…
WE’RE NOT A GREAT FIT IF…
THERE ARE PLENTY OF WAYS TO RUN A LAUNCH. BUT WHO’S THINKING THROUGH YOURS WITH YOU?
Figure it out as you go.
You know your business. You know your offer. And with enough time, you can probably piece together a launch plan yourself.
The challenge is that launch decisions are connected. What you communicate before launch affects how you present the offer. The questions your audience raises affect what you need to address next. And what happens during the campaign can change what makes sense to do afterwards.
But when you’re making every decision as it comes up, it’s easy to miss those connections or realize too late that something important needed more preparation.
You may not need someone to take over your launch. But you want someone to help you think through the decisions before they become last-minute problems, and alongside you when things don’t go exactly as planned.
You already have the emails, content, and launch schedule. You know what sold, what fell flat, and what you’d rather not do again.
Reusing what worked can save time. But repeating your last launch without examining what it taught you can mean carrying the same gaps into the next one.
Right now your audience may have different needs. Their awareness of your offer may have changed. You may have a different goal, a different buying environment, or new information about where potential buyers hesitated.
Your previous launch should be useful evidence, not a script you have to follow again.
And we’re not trying to change everything for the sake of doing something new. It’s to understand what deserves to stay, what needs to change, and how to make the next launch better informed than the last.
One person recommends a 5-day launch. Another says 10. One tells you to educate your audience for weeks; another says to start selling immediately. Before long, you’re collecting tactics without knowing which ones make sense for your business.
The problem isn’t necessarily that the advice is bad. It’s that each recommendation was made for a particular offer, audience, and set of circumstances.
A tactic that works beautifully for one business may be unnecessary, impractical, or poorly suited to another.
It’s why you don’t need to follow every launch trend or fit your business into someone else’s formula. You need to understand which decisions make sense for your offer, your audience, your goals, and the resources you have available.
EVERYTHING YOU GET
“Ella is detailed, takes her time to uncover all there is to know about your offer, and builds out a strategy that makes it easier for you to show up confidently, without confusion, and most importantly… make sales.”
MY GUARANTEE TO YOU
You’ll have a research-informed launch strategy, a practical content plan, and clear direction on what to communicate and why. And as you execute, you’ll have my support to help you interpret audience responses, make informed adjustments, and learn from your results.
My commitment is that you’ll have more than a plan. You’ll have a strategy you understand, a practical way to put it into action, and experienced strategic support to help you navigate the launch.
I can’t promise how your audience will respond or how many sales you’ll make, but I can ensure you don’t have to figure out every launch decision alone.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Ideally, 6 weeks before your pre-launch begins, and at least 4 weeks beforehand. This gives us time to develop your strategy and gives you room to put it into action, prepare your campaign assets, and build interest in your offer before launch.
Your strategy and deliverables are completed within 7–10 business days, depending on how quickly you complete your onboarding and how we schedule your strategy call. But our work together doesn’t end there. I’ll support you as you execute your launch, and we’ll have a post-launch review call to assess the results and identify what to carry forward.
On Google Meet, we work through your launch together, using the research I’ve conducted beforehand to inform our decisions. We’ll develop your launch direction, refine your messaging, and map out how to build anticipation, create demand, and convert that interest into sales. It’s a collaborative working session where your knowledge of your business meets my strategic expertise. Afterwards, I’ll finalise your strategy and detailed content plan.
I’ll monitor how your audience responds to your campaign and share feedback when there’s something worth paying attention to. That might mean helping you interpret a response, identifying a potential gap in your messaging, or recommending an adjustment based on what’s happening.
You’ll have strategic input as your launch unfolds, rather than being left to follow a plan blindly. The goal is to help you make informed decisions, not react to every fluctuation in engagement.
No, we won’t be messaging every day, and WhatsApp calls aren’t included. Support is provided through WhatsApp messages and voice notes, each voice note under 2 minutes.
I’ll reach out when I have relevant feedback or need to check in, and you can message me when something happens during your launch that you need strategic input on. The communication is purposeful, not a daily reporting exercise.
No honest launch strategist can guarantee how an audience will respond or how many people will buy. Sales depend on factors beyond the strategy itself, including your offer, audience, market conditions, and execution.
What I can promise is a research-informed strategy, practical direction, and strategic support to help you make better decisions throughout your launch.
The Launch Strategy Intensive ($1,500) is for business owners who want an experienced strategist to help them plan their launch, develop their messaging and content direction, and navigate execution while they create and publish their own content.
The Launch Edit ($4,000) offers a more hands-on level of support, including content development and asset review.
Both involve strategy, but the difference is how involved I am in bringing that strategy to life. With the Intensive, you execute with my strategic support. With the Launch Edit, I take a more active role in developing the campaign content with you.
A large following isn’t a guarantee of sales, and a small following doesn’t automatically rule out a successful launch. What matters is whether you can reach enough of the right people and give them compelling reasons to consider your offer.
Your strategy will account for your audience, how you currently reach potential buyers, and the resources available to you. If we need to establish whether there’s sufficient buyer demand before investing in a full launch, we may need to start with offer validation instead.

That’s something we should address before committing to a full launch strategy. The Intensive includes market research to inform your launch, but that research isn’t a substitute for validating whether people are willing to buy your specific offer.
If you need evidence of buyer intent before investing in a launch, the Offer Validation Sprint ($500) is the more appropriate starting point.
No. The Intensive gives you the strategy, campaign messaging, content plan, schedule, and strategic support to execute your launch. You’re responsible for creating and publishing the content and implementing the plan.
If you want a more hands-on partnership with content development, the Launch Edit may be a better fit.
We’ll have a post-launch review call to look at what happened during the campaign, what appeared to work, where things fell short, and what the available evidence can tell us. We’ll identify what to repeat, improve, or approach differently next time.
Because a launch can teach you things that aren’t obvious while you’re in the middle of it, this review helps you carry those lessons into your next campaign.
Your next launch deserves more than a plan pulled from someone else’s playbook.
You need a strategy built around your business, informed by your audience, and designed to help you create demand for your offer, turn interest into sales, and make informed decisions as your launch unfolds.
With the Launch Strategy Intensive, you get the strategy, the practical plan, and the strategic support to put it into action.
